Color Fast Easy-Clean Tile, Stone & Grout Sealant with Fluorogard Non-Stick Fluoropolymer is a clear, deep penetrating sealer that forms an invisible, protective barrier against dirt, grease, oil, stains, food and mildew. Easy-Clean Sealant is very effective in resisting stains, but any spill should be removed immediately before it has time to set.

Easy-Clean Sealant Natural Look formula is invisible and leaves no haze or glossy appearance. It is excellent for interior and exterior use.

Use Easy-Clean Sealant on unglazed ceramic tile, grout, clay and Saltillo pavers, concrete, brick and natural stone such as granite and marble.

Preparation
The surface must be clean and dry. Remove any wax, coating or finish from the surface and let dry overnight, before applying Easy-Clean Sealant. New installations must be fully cured and dry. Grout must be allowed to dry at least 72 hours before application of sealant. Before applying Easy-Clean Sealant, test a small, inconspicuous area to ensure desired results.
Application
Use a new sponge, mop or sprayer to apply liberal, even coats of sealant. Let the sealant penetrate for 10 minutes then wifpe off excess. Dense or polished surfaces usually require only one coat. Porous surfaces may require two coats. Very porous surfaces may require more. Wait 30 minutes between applications. Any excess residue may be removed with water and sponge or polishing pad one hour after application.

Using Easy-Clean Sealant before grouting porous tiles such as clay and Saltillo pavers can help prevent grout stains on the tiles. It also makes removing grout haze easier. Apply one to two coats of sealant after the tile has bonded for at least 24 hours or apply sealant to tile before installation. Be careful to apply sealant only to the front face of the tile.
Clean Up
Clean up with soap and warm water immediately after use.

It enhances, brightens and darkens the color and texture of stone and tumbled marble. It also can be used to darken grout and give it a "wet look." It is excellent for interior or exterior use.
